Paws Training Academy was founded in 2021 on the belief that
not all pets are born equal. They each have their own unique traits and mannerisms, and therefore require their own unique and specialized training. That’s where we come in!
Whether it’s for basic manners or more complex behavioral issues, our trainers are focused on not only training your pet, but teaching you how to effectively communicate with them. This method of training is full of fun techniques that will give you and your pet a happier life together.

Private Dog Training Sessions
Science-backed Dog Training Sessions for Individuals Willing Wanting to Learn what to do
Experience personalized in-home dog training sessions that utilize science-backed methods. Address obedience, aggression, anxiety, and more with minimal invasiveness to ensure a harmonious relationship with your pet. Those over 30+ minutes from Kearney can either pay an additional fee for the gas so a trainer can travel to and back from your location, or you can meet the trainer at a place in public in Kearney, NE. I cannot travel over 1 hour.
Solo Walk and Training Sessions
Expert-led, one-on-one training walks that provide essential skill-building and exercise for your dog right in your neighborhood. Ideal for reinforcing manners, managing reactivity, and mastering real-world skills like loose-leash walking and focus.
We offer two convenient setup options to fit your schedule:

Ready to Walk: Maximize your session time! For this rate, please have your dog harnessed, leashed, and ready at your door at the scheduled time.

Full Service: Perfect for busy schedules! The trainer will enter your home and safely put your dog's harness and leash on to begin the session.
The Service:
A structured, solo session between the trainer and your dog. Owner participation is not required, allowing us to focus on consistent skill-building.
Getting Started:
A separate 30-minute Zoom Initial Consultation is required to discuss your goals and create a tailored plan.
For dogs under 80lbs. (Over 80lbs? Inquire about virtual options.)

E-Trike Exercise:
$30 1 hour
Unleash your dog's energy! Our E-Trike service provides a custom-paced run for medium-to-XL breeds. We adjust the speed for a safe, perfect workout. Meet up at Nina Park and pickup at the end of the hour-long session
